Inspired by coffee bars in Italy, where you can buy an extra coffee for someone in need, I’ve created a 'pay it forward' system—a kind of solidarity fund. This allows you to prepay for those with limited or no income, enabling them to join sessions at a significantly reduced rate.

I donate at least my first two sessions each month to good causes. These include contributing to nature/animal oriented charities and have been providing the full livelihood of family of four in Afghanistan for years.

As always, the common thread here is 'belonging'!
